Fat Binder Review
For many people, the temptation of fatty snacks such as cakes and sweets is just to hard to resist. We may start diets with the best intentions but end up giving into temptation and putting the weight we have lost back on.
For people that struggle to stick to a diet because of the temptation of sugary snacks, a type of diet pill known as a fat binder could be the perfect choice to help you stick to a diet and keep the weight off.
What are fat binders?
Fat binders, also known as fat blockers, work by preventing a proportion of the fat contained in the food we eat from being absorbed by the body. Made from carefully chosen natural ingredients that have been shown to bind to fat molecules, these pills simply allow some fat to go undigested. This undigested fat is then excreted.
What are the best fat binders?
Alli
Alli is a fat blocker that has gained popularity in the UK recently, ever since it became available over the counter after previously being a prescription only drug.
The key ingredient in Alli is Orlistat, which prevents the fat digesting enzyme lipase from working. Because the body is no longer able to process some of your fat intake, they remain undigested and pass out of the body.
Alli can block 25% of the fat you eat from being digested and claims it can help you lose 50% more weight than dieting alone. Unfortunately it has been criticised for causing some unwanted side effects such as oily stools and increased gas.

Proactol
Probably the best fat blocker available on the weight loss market is Proactol. Proactol can block 28% of the fat you eat from being digested. Because fat is so calorie rich you can cut down your calorie absorption by a significant proportion.
Proactol contains a cactus extract that binds to fat and turns fat into a form that cannot be digested. Not only that but it acts as an appetite suppressant due to the fact that it interacts with bile to create a viscous solution in the stomach.
The presence of this solution adds a feeling of fullness to the stomach and makes you naturally want to eat less.
